 🔁 Returns

• Returns are accepted within **14 days of delivery**
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging
• Certain items (including opened beauty products or used collectibles) may not be eligible for return

 💸 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Please allow a few working days for your bank or provider to complete the refund

📦 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns
